CHICKPEAS & PINEAPPLE SALAD: 1Big cup cooked kabulichanna 1/2cup chopped pineapple 1/2 onion 1 greenchilly 1tsp limejuice salt chatmasala METHOD: Soak the white chickpea overnight. Cook it in the pressure cooker.(don't over cook it) Once the chickpea is cooked add little salt and cook it for few more mins in a open pan. Strain the water and transfer it to a bowl. Add chopped onion and lime juice to the cooked chickpea. Add chopped pineapple and green chilli to the channa and onion. Mix salt to the salad and sprinjkle chatmasala while serving.
